This mod came about because i do not like the fear effect on Intense Flames. So i tried to find a small mod that changes it but every other mod seems to try to overhaul every single aspect of every perk.

So i made minor changes to reasonably useless perks with descriptions that make sense to me.

I think it goes really well with Burn Freeze Shock Effects by pauderek

Change list:
Intense Flames - now burns enemies to ashes instead of fear
Paralyzing Shock(Disintegrate) - now paralyses enemies with shock instead of disintegrating them
Deep Freeze - freezes enemies solid

install
just an esp so put it in the '...Skyrimdata' folder
Skyrim.esm is the only master
Only edits the 3 perks mentioned above so should be very compatible
