A month ago the fantastic standalone09 released a beautiful replacer for the wooden longbow (Iron Longbow for SkyRe users) but the textures weren't superb (nice but lacking detail). Last night I decided to edit them myself. I left the _n file alone as it seemed fine to me and edited the bow.dds file with some wood/linen/twine images I took myself.
The file is DXT1 2048x2048 and is already optimized to 2730 Kb.

Permission from standalone09 was given to make this edit.

How to install:
Install standalone09s replacer found here : http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51713/?
Drag & Drop Or NMM my file and overwrite when required

Issues -
The bow string is tricky and I cant seem to get it to look how I want, I'll continue to work on it.
