NEW!!!!! 4/13/2014
Yay!!!! New stuff is always fun. you now have a key for the basement, located on the dinning room table. the basement is redesigned (see screenshots) There is a now a pretty garden with a bench outside. You can harvest the ingredients, but I would leave them for aesthetics. Basically see the screenshots. Before updating take items out and yadda yadda common sense stuff. In the screenshots I have realvision, just so you know. Let me know what you think and such.

I have just made it a lot better, based on some user feedback and some new ideas I had. Thanks for downloading. Oh, and I changed some of the storage containers, so make sure you don't have anything stored there that you wouldn't hate losing when installing.





Well, my Dunmer assassin from Cyrodiil missed his home, and has always hated Skyrim's blistering cold. he needed a house, and the icy sanctuary wasn't going to cut it. I had always hated the stupid fireplace in the middle of the entryway, so I got rid of that while I was at it. It kept going like that, until I had edited nearly every aspect of the place. including adding a basement, and a hot tub outside. I did get rid of Lydia's room, cause I always found her useless and she never even went there anyway, instead sitting in the Dovahkin's room eating all the food. The screenshots don't really capture it, so I suggest trying it out, and if you hate it, simply delete it.

Install:
press the button for NMM. Or just extract the esp. to your data folder.

Warning: Because of Lydia's bed being removed, it may cause conflicts with any mods that rely on it.
