That's Sigrid the Shield-Maiden. Pretty simple follower, requires SGHairPack06.esp (GOOGLE IT). Does not interfere with UFO! I've added marriageable option although I did not test if it works yet. I'm pretty sure it does tho. She is located in Windhelm's Candlehearth Hall.
