This patch will keep the Underground Bathhouse guards from slaughtering any followers that you either dismiss while in the Bathhouse, or have their residence set to the Bathhouse.

The Underground Bathhouse - Paradise Valley is one of my favorite housing mods. It's spacious, and has absolutely anything I could have ever wanted in a player home + much much more. Wouldn't it be nice if you could have any follower NPC live there without the guards hacking them to bits? Now you can. This patch makes a small faction adjustment to "potential" followers, the Bathhouse factions, and to Serana's faction (if you use Dawnguard) that makes Bathhouse faction members friendly to potential followers.

Installation:
Simply extract whichever file you download into your Skyrim/Data folder. As far as load order goes, it needs to come after UndergroundBathhouse.esm, and any other mods related to the Underground Bathhouse.
Uninstallation:
Simply delete the .esp.
Compatibility:
It should be compatible with anything that does not modify the Potential Follower faction
