By default Drain Vitality merely damages the stats of your opponent, this mod changes it to absorb them instead. The values still remain at 5 stamina, magicka, and health per second, but I lowered to cooldown to a more reasonable 30/45/60. I originally tried it with higher absorb values, but it turned out to be rather broken even when just hitting 2 targets.
Don't go in expecting the shout to be completely balanced with this mod, cause it's not. Hitting more than 3 targets can give you some silly levels of regen.
