Treva Manor is a player home based on Dragonsreach. First I was creating it for myself but in the end decided to make it a bigger project and release it for public. The manor is still in Beta stage since I wanted to build and adjust it further with the community. From the outside the manor is stated on a cliff of the Treva river on the other side where Trevas Watch is. It has small stables, a garden and a few nice waterfalls. On the inside it has 3 floors with separated smithing and magic rooms, an inn (Yes, you heard it right. An inn!), assembly hall, a dining room, childrens room, some personal space and a balcony.

Dialogue subtitles have to be enabled for this mod to work as intended!

NEWS

Finally released an update. Now the manor has adoption support and a third floor. Also requires Hearthfire DLC to work properly. As always comments, suggestions and screenshots are welcome.

FEATURES
Stables with a free (Yes, FREE) horse!

A garden and waterfalls! Damn, those vegetables are even more delicious when homegrown!

Smithing room! With forge and all other smithing workbenches plus an ore basement where you can... well, mine some ore!

Arcane and alchemy room! Enchant a powerful weapon or create a magical potion or deadly poison to destroy your enemies. Take the ingredients from a small inside garden. You can even store your potions on potion racks and lay out your ingredients on the alchemy table!

Relax in the inn! Yes, an inn inside the manor! Drink some mead with the innkeeper and listen to the songs of the bard. You'll never forget the evenings spent in the Treva Manor inn!

Second floor with the assembly hall! Round table for all your convention needs, hunting trophies and a greatsword collection!

Your personal space! With a work table, rounded fireplace, bed and a custom bookshelf!

A dining room where all the family can eat together!

Balcony with a magnificent view of the river!

A secret room! Open to members of the thief guild. The room contains a fence who buys your stolen goods and can get you some artifacts from the story!

11 bookshelves, 14 mannequins, 19 weapon racks, 6 display cases, 3 potion and ingredient racks (if I remember how to count).

When you buy the manor from the innkeeper you can hire merchants to work in the manor and get you even more artifacts and stuff!

INSTALLATION

First of all since version 0.7.2 you need to have General Displays installed for this mod to work.

The manor comes packaged into bsa. So you just need to dump everything in the data folder. It's as simple as that. And don't forget to turn on the subtitles!

BETA

Since the manor is in the beta stage I still have a lot of things to do.Like:

Add more artifacts and stuff that you can get from npcs since there are only... let me check... two of them.

Add more story to the place.

Make the getting of the artifacts not just buy/look at them process but some kind of a questline.

A sercret passage from the manor to the river, maybe?

Lighting. You can never get this right. Since I made it on my stone age pc with Cinemascope ENB (Hurray Stacado!) I would like to see how it looks on other enb's.

Bugs! Bugs are bugs you can't live without them. Here's one now!

But seriously I will try to fix every and all of them.

More interactivity! More things you can do on your own or change how you like the better!

I'd like to hear your opinion on what to change and add. Let's make this manor even more awesomer and cooler!

RECOMMENDED MODS

Static Mesh Improvement Mod for those awesome barrels and ropes (the chains also! Almost forgot the chains.).

Vanilla Mannequin Script Fix. So your mannequins wouldn't think they're in the 70's disco.

Superior Rock Textures. The only rock you will ever need.

Grab this ENB: Cinemascope ENB if your PC is 1 million years old (you can try the museum too).
