I made this for myself and thought that I would share it.
Adds a basic Farmhouse style home in Riverwood across from the Inn.
Features:
Chopping Block
Sharpening Wheel
Workbench
Alchemy Table
Enchanting Table
Anvil
Hidden Armory with plenty of storage and Displays (has cavern exit for those times of quick escape).
Complete Navmesh
Plenty of Chests and Bookshelves
