This mod adds a couple of buildings and objects around the town of Ivarstead. Recommended to use with the "Become Jarl of Ivarstead" mod. This is purely cosmetical to make the settlement look bigger. 

I'm not going to add anything else or edit it since I stopped working on this mod but feel free to download and use it for whatever you want! I'm going to leave it uploaded since a couple people asked me to. 

To install, just copy both .esp files (Part 1 and 2) into your Skyrim/Data folder.
