Forgotenspell is a mod thats adds new spell and new dungeon to skyrim to get it in my opinion
the dungeon is much funn way to get then the pc commands...

The Forgotten Spell Lightning Rage is a spell that was Kept a secret from the world by
warlocks that call themselves The Black Ravens.
it has been kept for 300 years Until Now....
Until Now there was a spell that was casted by the ancient Black Ravens Warlock
that makes the place invisible and untouchable, But the returning of the Dragonborn has broken the spell.....
The Black Ravens belive that they are the chosen people of skyrim, yet no one knows them.
they belive they are stronger then dragonborn's, and thet they could slay a dragon with only casting
Lightning rage once...
but now that the dragonborn has been chosen by the gods again they are afraid thet he will unleash his power and, destroy them once and for all....

1. clear the dungeon and get the spell.
2. use pc command help "lightning rage" 0 and test the spell for yourself( i recommend to test the dungeon).
