Fixes the very dark wood on the imperial exterior rubble by changing the vertex color to FFFFFFFF.

Many vertices on the meshes had 717171ff set as their vertex color. while this works well to get some slight fake ambient ocllusion/indirect lighting improvement on all the stone parts of the structure, it looks horrible and makes no sense the way it is placed on the wooden parts. therefor the wooden parts no are rid of this.
