This is my first attempt at texturizing anything so I hope it works for you. I took the original Maxi Armor White Dress file (called a.dds) and tinted it to a few more pleasant vibrant colors. I made no change to the Gloves or Boots, only the Dress.
Each color file resides in it's own folder to change dress colors you have to exit Skyrim and drop in the a.dds file from the color folder your want. Overwrite what is there for the change to take place.
