fix an infinite loop that may happen in the game's background

What it does:
fix an infinite loop from one of the scripts in Hearthfire that may happen in the game's background if you've been to windhelm/dawnstar
Instruction:
go to a cell that does not contain alesan or rayya. (non windhelm/dawnstar area should be fine)
save and exit game
install this mod
load game
wait for about 10 seconds and see if the messagebox "BYOHUrchinCarryScriptCheck infinite loop fixed" come up
if it does, it should be fixed.
How do you know you need this fix?
enable logging. install USKP: Hearthfire
go in game. exit game. see if there is a log about BYOHUrchinCarryScriptCheck not matching save file's script
if there is, you need this fix.
