Was messing around in tessnip and came across this, several other 'serious' horse speed mods already exist but i thought this was too funny to go unreleased.
Standard horse speeds are 125.11 walk, 450 run, 600 sprint. this changes sprint to 9001, which has the side effect that it allows your horse to fly
