REQUIRES DAWNGUARD

Take a trip to the mysterious Island of Hyperborea, Stop in the Balleau Inn for the night, Pop to the marketplace to buy what you need. Then start a quest. And find the followers if you can. Then take a rest in your new home, If you can complete the quest to get it...

To find this new world go to the docks in Windhelm there is a new boat there at the end, with a trap door that will take you there.

This is a WIP.

If you cannot get the quest giver to start then just reload the save and it will work. I do not know why it does this.
This is a work in progress so there are only 2 quests at the moment, I am looking for someone to join the team who is Good at making Quests, There are a lot of ideas that can fit into this area, Its a whole new world for you to explore at the moment. There will be more quests and some New Armor.
There is a landlord and a trainer also a pawnbroker. 8 Potential new followers.

You can just explore the area if you wish there is homes and stuff at the moment. also 8 new followers, A new house for your self. Market traders. Inn.
