I found several mods that added either a bound wood axe or a bound pickaxe, but not both.
(Yes, I know there are a couple of larger weapons mods that include these, but I didn't those.)

This mod simply combines the bound wood axe and the bound pickaxe into a single esp.
So if you're like me and simply want JUST these two spells, this is the mod for you.

Description:

Tired of carrying araound the extra weight with pickaxe or a woodcutter's axe?
This mods adds two spell tomes to the novice conjuration level list to use them as bound weapons.
You'll find them at merchants or as loot the same as you would the spell tomes of flames, frost, and sparks.

If you're impatient, you can always open the console and add the spells directly to your player.

Bound Woodcutter's Axe:
player.addspell XX000D70
Bound Pickaxe:
player.addspell XX000D71

XX is the load index of wherever you place this mod in your game.

The spells last for a duration of 120 seconds if you use them as weapons, otherwise they dispell just before
the mining and chopping animations start playing.


Installation
============
Manual Install
--------------
Extract archive to a temporary folder.
Copy Bound Tools.esp and Readme - Bound Tools.txt to your Skyrim Data directory.


Wrye Bash BAIN Install
----------------------
1. Copy the archive to (install folder)Skyrim ModsBash Installers
2. Start Wrye Bash and click on the Installers tab.
3. In the Packages window, right click on the Archive and select install.
4. Click on the Mods tab and check the Bound Tools.esp
5. Rebuild your Bashed Patch.


Uninstall
=========
Manual Uninstall
----------------
Delete Bound Tools.esp and Readme - Bound Tools.txt from your Skyrim Data directory.


Wrye Bash BAIN Uninstall
------------------------
1. Start Wrye Bash
2. Click on the Installers tab.
3. Right click on the Archive and select Uninstall.
4. Click on the Mods tab and rebuild your Bashed Patch.


Incompatibilities
================================
If you don't use Wyre Bash, any mod that adjusts the LItemSpellTomes00AllConjuration list will conflict.
Whichever mod is loaded last will negate the changes of the other mod.
