Prevents crashes and incompatibility problems when using both mods.

This hotfix is a very basic, no-frills band-aid to make missjennabee's Expanded Towns and Cities and anamorfus' Enhanced Lights and FX play nicely together.
It prevents major conflicts and crashes that may be encountered using these two mods together. It does NOT balance lighting issues that may result from getting rid of the conflicts.
Simply activate the .esp and place it beneath ELFX and ETaC in your load order, or merge the changes into your own custom patch file (TES5Edit users).
If you don't use ELFX Exteriors, then don't use the ELFX Exteriors version. Obviously. :)
If you're also using ELFXEnhancer or ELE - Interiors, it is safe to load those files AFTER this hotfix in your load order:
1. ETaC
2. ELFX
3. This hotfix
4. ELFXEnhancer (or ELE - Interiors)
