Conjuration summoning spells being absorbed fix containing all the spells, abilities and shouts from Skyrim, Dawnguard and Dragonborn, all of them tested

It fixes following spells and powers (all of them I tested personally)
Conjuration spells:
Conjure Familiar
Conjure Boneman (DG)
Conjure Flame Atronach
Summon Arvak (DG) - probably worked ok before
Conjure Ash Spawn (DB)
Conjure Frost Atronach
Conjure Mistman (DG)
Conjure Seeker (DG)
Conjure Ash Guardian (DB)
Conjure Dremora Lord
Conjure Storm Atronach
Conjure Wrathman (DG)
Flame Thrall
Frost Thrall
Storm Thrall
Summon Arniel's Shade
Powers/Shouts:
Summon Karstaag (DB) - all three versions
Summon Spectral Assassin
Conjure Werebear (DB)
Summon Gargoyle (DG)
Summon Durnehviir (DG)
It does not fix:
custom conjuration spells
creature summoning items like Sanguine Rose or generic conjuration staves
scripted spells like summon unbound dremora, as they are not absorbed
WARNING:
I was told this bug is fixed in unoffical skyrim patch, please check the documentation, if you use USKP, you might not need this fix.
Installation:
unpack the file, move it to your Skyrim Data folder and allow it in Skyrim launcher od mod manager
Dawnguard and Dragonborn are obviously required for the fix to work properly
