This is a small house designed for a recluse mage/scholarly type character.

Includes an Enchanting Table, Alchemy Station, bed, and storage.

Located just outside of Solitude, across the river from the Solitude Sawmill.

House and bridge leading to it are navmeshed for followers

This is the first mod I've ever uploaded, although I've made plenty of player houses for myself in Oblivion.

Suggestions welcome. Feel free to do whatever you want with this mod.
