Hywinds is a mod wich adds a player home to Winterhold since there never was one. The mod allowes you to buy the full house for 2000 Septims from the stewart of Winterhold. The house hase blacksmith features, Wood chopping block, Camp fire, Enchantment table, Alchemy table, Coocking pot, Safe storage and more.

Every NPC in the game should have the the dialogue : I'd like to purchase a house. To fix this simply select this option to any NPC and it should disapear for every one.
