A very simple mod to display the name of equipped spells, powers, and shouts for when you equip them using a hotkey.
I've used a single script with no updating and no properties. It doesn't modify anything at all in the game. What does that mean? It means it's compatible with everything. It means it can't corrupt your save. And as a bonus, because of how utterly simple it is, you probably couldn't mess it up even if you tried.
