im new to modding
i know its crap but i uploaded it anyway, might entertain you for a few minutes

type help fgt in console and just player.addspell xxxxxxx

it will cause a massive explosion on character that paralyzes and deals 20 fire damage per sec for 1 hour. everything (except dragons and stuff) will get paralyzed and eventually die from fire damage, its based on the fire storm and mass paralyze spells.
