Replaces Stormcloak Officer Armor, I ran into a bug after editing in blender so I just made the armor make you always appear at maximum weight. Think of it as bulky snow-proof gear. No females for now, they require a bit more editing since they arent wearing pants at all. I will look into the weight-slider bug.
