ClassyStones transforms the Standing Stones from 13 forgettable buffs into 13 different classes based on the signs.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:

ClassyStones expands on the 13 Standing Stones and attempts to add more depth to the class system in Skyrim.

In Vanilla there are 3 "classes" with 6 Major Skills each.

Warrior: One Handed, Two Handed, Block, Marksman, Heavy Armor, Smithing,
Thief: Sneak, Lockpicking, Light armor, Pickpocket, Alchemy, Speech
Mage: Destruction, Conjuration, Illusion, Alteration, Enchanting, Restoration


In ClassyStones
  • 13 classes with 8 Major skills, 4 minor skills and 6 Counter skills each. Major skills will level quickly, Minor skills will level slowly, and your Counter skills will no longer level with use. You will need professional training and skill books to advance your Counter Skills.
  • Each class gets a special spell, ability and/or power custom fit for their class.
  • Each class has variable rates of Health, Stamina and Magicka regeneration.


The Large values are intentional for now until i can test them and get feedback or learn to make an MCM menu with a nice set of sliders. More versions are coming soon.

CLASS REGENERATION IS NOT ABSOLUTE! Consider the sign to be "natural" regeneration ability. Warriors CAN wear Magicka Regen gear and their magicka will start to regenerate. Mages CAN wear Health regeneration gear/enchants, and their Health will regenerate. Any class with 0 regeneration can get around it with gear.

THE WARRIOR

THE LOVER
Health, Stamina and Magicka regenerate normally

All skills increase 15% faster.
Weakness to magical damage

Class Spell: Calm
Special: All Major Skills.



FUTURE PLANS:

Working on Now: Class balance changes, tweaks and fixes. Slower leveling version, No fast-leveling option, awfully slow leveling version.

And then: An in game book, or books, found near the Guardian Stones with everything about each class.

Later: Lore Friendly version and a Quest to visit and/or use each Stone that unlocks another ability per class.

Some Day: A custom Quest per class with class specific gear inserted into the game. Ex. A ring that only shadows can use, an axes that only Warriors can use, Light Armor for the Apprentice, etc etc.

Dream World: Armor, Weapons, Mounts and Homes for each class.

Mod Manager works.
NMM works.
Manually dropping the file into DATA folder works too.



UPDATES:

Version 1.1

Clarity added to the wording
example: Changed all wording from "regenerates 100% faster" to Regeneration +100%

The Ritual should now correctly have Summon Familiar added to their spell book when using the sign.

Version 1.0

The Thief: now regenerates Magicka 75% slower, instead of 0 regen.
-Thief Smithing is now properly in Counter Skills, Illusion is in Minor skills.
The Tower: now regenerates Magicka 50% slower, instead of 0 regen.
