-DESCRIPTION-

So one day I was playing skyrim as normal everything was fine killing things and doing quests or whatever then out of no where my character starts to run really fast and broke the immersion of the game :( I dealt with it for a while till it really started to piss me off then I stopped playing the game because of that, it ruined it for me that I had to slowly walk or sneak everywhere just to be at a decent speed then I found a way to fix it!! :) yay! some of you probly already know this method to fix it but for those of you who cant seem to find a fix anywhere and its really ruining the game for you try this fix, it worked for me and hopfully works for you too.
