Fixes the decapitation bug on the cultist masks added by the Dragonborn DLC.

Mesh replacer for the cultist mask added by Dragonborn to fix the decapitation bug.
There are more helmets that suffer from this bug, but they are fixed and improved by mods such as:
Improved closefaced helmets
Open Faced Helmets
Open Faced Guard Helmets
None of them touches the cultist mask so I fixed it.
REQUIREMENTS
This is only a mesh replacer, it will do nothing without Dragonborn.
