I tested many mods that changes arrows behave in game but i couldn't find any useful for me.
So i decided to make my own mod for my personal use but now i want to share it with you :)
What it does?
It changes the flying speed of all arrows in Skyrim and reduces gravity that effect on arrows.

Please add this lines to your Skyrim.ini

[Actor]
fVisibleNavmeshMoveDist=12288.0000
[Combat]
f1PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
f3PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7

(Actor) line increases the max distance that arrows can fly.
(Combat) line adjust crosshair to aim more correctly.

Settings:

Arrows speed: +50% - Arrows flying faster :)
Arrows gravity: -40% - Arrows have flatter flying trajectory.
Bolts Speed: Default - Bolts are flying fast so i don't adjust them.
Bolts Gravity: -20% - Bolts have more weight than arrows so they have more parabolic flying trajectory :)

Install:

Extract the plugin from the archive and place it in your Skyrim data folder and activate it using Skyrim Launcher.

Uninstall:
******************************

Remove the plugin from your Skyrim data folder.
