Daighre the sweet Breton lass from Left Hand Mine just outside Markarth available as a follower or for marriage.

4 versions available. She is default set for warrior stance like Lydia so I made 2 versions of that. 1 with default clothes and another without(yes naked). I also made 2 versions where she stands like a lady, both clothed and no default clothes. Main file has all 4 versions. optional files are each version separate.
I included 2 bat files in each. 1 to adjust health, stamina, and magicka and another to adjust combat skills. these can be used on any NPC and easily configured to your personal taste.
To add or remove spells use Spell Batch For Followers and Companions by YjVQlFHn

To get her available for marriage or follower since she has no quest to raise her disposition enter these console commands once you have her selected:
resurrect (exit console and reenter after)
setrelationshiprank player 4
She has a child living at home and she may give you a trespassing warning. If she does select her in console and enter the disable command. If you kill the kid and she refuses to follow or marry you.. well that's your problem!
