Removes the ingredient 'cost' of alchemy by
replacing all removed items from the player's
inventory while they are using an alchemy table.
Known "issue": rapidly spamming create potion causes the ingredient list menu to update before the ingredients are re-added to your inventory, causing the ingredients to appear as if they are being used. However, creating a potion using different ingredients, or leaving and re-entering the alchemy menu resolves this.
