Small, simple player home designed for packrats in Skyrim.

Adds an abandoned Imperial outpost in a crumbling tower north of Falkreath. Includes an automated loot sorter for quickly unloading gathered loot and treasure without having to sort out what goes where.
Sorting chest takes all inserted items and distributes them to their 'proper' labeled chests/barrels/etc... throughout the tower. Should automatically work with most mod added weapons/armor/ingredients/keys, however, misc items (such as empty bottles, plates, or baskets) are not currently sorted.
