This weapon is a fast heavy moving Axe that deals a poop load of damage and allows you to literally clear the streets, hints the name. This weapon can be found in the Whiterun Jarls quarters on the table. Happy Killing :D The weapon is based upon the Ebony Battleaxe and modded from there.
