A quick recipe fix for the Muddy Skaal Clothing.

The author has not replied on the mod's forum for months as far as I can tell, so I've decided to put on the fix I've made for myself.
Original recipes used unobtainable parts of the Netches, the NetchSkin and NetchCalfSkin. This mod changes that so the recipes will use Netch Leather instead.
I have not touched anything else in the mod, like the number of ingredients, nor do I intend to do so.

Installation:
Overwrite the original .esp(s)
