Adds Scarlett as a follower to the bee and barb in Riften.
yes i know her hair isn't red like the name suggests but i know plenty of scarletts without red hair
she is a warrior bard and you can request songs while shes not your follower.
she has the light footed perk and wont set off traps.
She can be your steward if You have hearth fire dlc. All you have to do is go to your home and she will ask to be your steward, she won't do anything though untill you send her home.
