A Russian Translation is already being created.
I had an HD grass texture for my own unrelated project and wanted to see what it would look like in skyrim. I liked it so I uploaded it here.
UPDATE: Version 1.1 fixes tiling issues (tiling seemed to be less noticeable with ENB, sorry guys!)
I highly recommend bigger trees, and glorious environments, the lush environment design goes hand in hand with my thicker grass.
