!WARNING! If you don't have Dragonborn installed, your game will CTD on startup.
If enough people want it, I will make a version that doesn't require Dragonborn.
This is a non-replacer mod that allows the 10 Dragon Priest Masks from Skyrim, and the 3 Acolyte Masks from Dragonborn, to be converted into hoodless variants. This can be done at a tanning rack, under the Daedric Category, they can be converted back if needed. The variants can be tempered, but lose the upgrade after being converted. I've made sure these masks have the updated specks from the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. Feel free to add a picture.
The name of the hoodless variants are slightly altered, so you know which variant you're crafting (ex: Krosis -> Krosis's Mask)
In addition to seeing your characters hair, the masks can be worn with any hood that can be worn with circlets. For instance, the Fur Hoods from Immersive Armors: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19733/?
also, Clothing and Clutter Fixes allow circlets to be worn with most hoods: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/43053/?
For those of you wondering, I can't make a Miraak, or Cultists Mask addition to this mod. The way I did this mod was simply remove the hood part of the mesh in NifSkope. In these two masks, the hood and mask are one part, so I would have to edit the base mesh using 3DS or Blender, which I have no idea how to do.
If you can make a hoodless Miraak or Cultists Mask mesh, and send it to me, I would gladly add this to the mod, and put your name in the credits.
