FIXED CTD WHEN LOADING SAVE!!!
If you have issues loading the save try restarting your game through the skyrim launcher.
Also i need someone to upload some nice screenshots because my video does no justice(also my fps was running at 10-3fps.

SkyRadio(its whats causing the CTDs for everyone just install it & it should fix it, before you leave the palace just search dwemer radio in the console add the item & it should solve the problem
