If you're looking for a SSE version, I recommend this: Silence of Skyrim


Whenever you discover a new location or town a loud sound of a drum (of some sort)
will play and sometimes it feels like a jumpscare, which I don't care for.
I couldn't find any mod with this function so I decided to do it myself.
This mod is simple and only replaces some soundfiles with silent files.

Following files are edited:

Install_Directory/Data/Music

- MUS_Discover_GenericLocation_02.wav
- MUS_Discover_GenericLocation_03.wav

Install_Directory/Data/Music/Dread

Compatibility: Everything, expect for a mod that changes these files.
