Hi.
This is my first mod.
If you go to the Four Shield Inn at Dragon Bridge you will find a dead Ice Wraith you will get a sword, some gold, and a letter.
You can make it at a forge with 100 ale too.
And by the way:
Fo = Frost
Sil = Soul
