It's a side product for my personal project.It should save you some time when testing your skining.
How to use.
1.extract the file into any place you like.
2.launch 3dsmax,import skeleton(only tested in female one atm)
3.Choose all skeletons,in the menu>Animation drop list,choose load animation>load the file you extracted.
4.set your animation to 3700 frames.

I used every 20 frames to test each bones,only left side of the limbs been animated.
