I would like to present you my next house mod and my first try in implementing some sort of scripting functionallity to a house. I got the idea for this new cave house mod during the work on another mod.
I thought it would be cool to have a really detailed and cozy cave home in Solstheim and some sort of unique features. Therefore I thought I devot this home to the daedric princess Vaermina. Vaermina always
fascinated me and I thought it would be cool to give you a little access to her realm. Normally it's sayed her realm only conists of nightmares and bad omens, but I thought there should be way to make it humble.
So you are going to find Marcatos cave and his realation to Vaermina. I suggest you look carefully around for the notes, as I haven't add a real quest to the house.
You can find the entrance in Solstheim. The marker is visible from the start, but I also included a location image.
I hope you enjoy my imagination of Vaermina's realm. I really think it got very detailed and cozy and I think it fits the game.




Generally this house has some new unique features. You can enter the dreamworld only with a special potion that you have to craft.
So you have to work for your house always. I hope you like the new stuff and the little backstory I made.

Marcato's cave:
o) highly detailed interior
o) a unique design of the cave structure
o) very well thought lightning sources and light (I always invest the most time here)
o) a lot of storage facilities
o) a unique journal of the previous owner
o) a unique altar to craft the new potion
o) you will also find a shrine of Vaermina to enter the Dreamworld

o) Enchanting Table and Alchemy Table
o) Staff enchanter and a RESPAWNING unenchanted staffs chest

Marcato's dreamworld:
o) a really really unique detailed design
o) lot's of light effects and a really beautiful area (yes also Vaermina's realm can be friendly, according to my story)
o) 4 more Mannequins
o) cooking station and a study table
o) a anvil
o) a Dreamstone which gives you an awsome buff
o) a bedroll where you can have a dream inside a dream




Klick on the download with NMM manager button and install the mod.

Manual:
If you want to install this mod manually, you have to download it and unpack the archive somewhere. After you unpacked it drop the Marcatos Dreamworld.esp, .bsl and .bsa into your Skyrim/Data folder. Later on chose your prefered launcher and activate the .esp.





Again I suggest using the NMM, which provides a much easier way to handle mods.

NMM:
Deactivate the mod in the NMM mod list and delete it afterwards.

Manual:
Remove the Marcatos Dreamworld.esp, .bsl and .bsa from your Skyrim/Data folder.





Q: Is this mod cleaned with TES5Edit?
A: Yes ofc. it was cleaned and checked with it.

Q: Where is the house located?
A: You can either look the Screenshots on the mod page or in the folder

Q: Could you add this and that for me?
A: Just post it in the comments and I'll see what I can do.

Q: Why no quest or sth. like that?
A: Sadly I am not good enough to make quests atm.
