The Icebound Overlook is a semi-compact house built near Haemar's Shame, made for players who like a secluded, but cozy feel. It started out as just a place to store my stuff but I got carried away and well... here it is.
Icludes:
3 Mannequins
11 Weapon Plaques
4 Dagger Racks
Several Bookshelves holding up to a total of 176 (I think) books
A forge, smelter, workbench, and sharpening wheel
An Alchemy Lab
An Enchanting Table
A Cook Pot
Eight or so different custom storage utilities
Between 10 or 20 normal containers (cupboards, dressers, chests, etc...)
and I think some other stuff too... I think, oh and most of the decorations are static
Backstory forthcoming with feedback etc.

Known Issues:
Some sort of weird collision at the top of the stairs to the library, not sure what's causing it. Will work on in the future if I can figure it out. Ultimately shouldn't impede playability though.
