1. INTRODUCTION

A few of the helmets provided are... closed-face. Now you can't see your character's pretty face!

So after some mesh chop shop work and some frustrating impasses, I got the ebony helmets to be open-faced.

More to come; steel plate, daedric... maybe others if people want them.

Should be fully compatible with any ebony texture replacers.

2. INSTALLATION
===============

Extract the esp module and the meshes folder into your Skyrim\Data folder. Use whatever mod manager you use to activate the OpenFaceHelmets.esp. You cannot skip the plugin module activation because body slot flags have been altered and are required for the changes to work.

And remember... Beast races will not be supported until the CK comes out or SkyEdit can read ARMA records because ARMA records in hex form make my head hurt.

v1:
Initial Release. Only ebony helmets for now. Beast races are not supported.

v1.1: Steel plate helmets released. Properly altered all stock enchanted variants of the helmet as well.

v1.2: Daedric helmets added.

v1.3 (Feb 21 2012): Townguard helmets added.
