Depending on player skills, bloodskal blade can have stagger and/or push effects. Weapon have 3 stages to unlock by gaining certain perks (read Gratian Caerellius journal):
Stage 1 - Standing power attack staggers opponents
S2 - all power attacks stagger opponents
S3 - back power attack and sprinting attack throws enemies away
Effects are triggered by direct hit as well as attack from a distance (red energy swing)
