If, like me, you are tired of how long it takes your character to dismount a horse, then these may help. You have three options which replace the dismount animation with ones that simply play faster.

By default, the dismount animation duration is set to 2.13333.

The three files provided replace the default animation with ones that reduce the duration as follows:

HorseDismountFast01 = 1.633333

HorseDismountFaster01 = 1.133333

HorseDismountVeryFast01 = 0.633333

Naturally, you should only install one at a time, since they all replace the same animation.

INSTALLATION
------------------
Simply extract to your Skyrim Data folder, or use your mod manager of choice.

UNINSTALLING
-------------------
Use your mod manager. Manually though, remove the following file:

..Data\meshes\actors\sharedkillmoves\human&horse\paired_dismount.hkx

LEGAL
-------
Do what you like with them, but credit where credit is due, please. However, they are just edited default animations, so I take no credit on that score.
