About this mod
Adds ALL the Racial positive perks and powers to player plus gives you the vampire invisibility power and experimentally a few more. Batch file has descriptions of each power and instructions on how to pick and choose the ones you want.

Added descriptions for each of the power and instructions on how to pick and choose which power you want to add.
Add all Racial Powers Perks plus Vampire Invisibility
Adds ALL the Racial positive perks and powers to player plus gives you the vampire invisibility power. Add two (invisible they don't show) perks" the Targ blodded shield perk and the Valdyr lucky dagger perk (+25% more criticals), but not sure if they will work just added to player manually but its work a try :P
