Mainly made for myself, because I really hated looking at the spotted vanilla hands, and the only other texture I could find was supposed to be high detail, but made it look like my character had been digging in the ground all day.
There will be seams using these hands. I do not use vanilla body textures either, so the seams may be more visible according to which body mod you use.
I am using CBBE, all scale.

The male version has been added for default body.
No support on this. It's just a very quick, rough retexture. Use it or don't use it. Just sharing in case someone else is bothered by the age-spots the normal hands are affected by.
Hopefully someone will make some high resolution hands with proper, clean skin soon.
