Tiny mod to make the College of Winterhold feel more like home

Player sleeping area:
- Added bedroll for companion
- Added potted plant
- Added bar stool for companion

Upstairs:
- Put some posters on the wall in the lounge area
- Added a coffee table
- Put a couple of more bottles strewn around (c'mon! Students!)
- Changed the seating for the more comfy-looking noble bench

- Won't try to initiate philosophical discussion with you at 3am while under the influence of Skyrim's more exotic fungi, play bad indie or try to grow a beard
