Change the damage magnification of Legendary difficulty. This MOD can change "time scale" and "cell respawn", "clear cell respawn", "corpse time", "vendor items respawn time". And can add gold to vendor's basic possession gold(not console : ref additem f xx).

Items that have a checkbox, the settings are saved when the checkbox checked.
