About this mod
Makes all skill levels 100 and adds all of the perks that come with said levels.

Install in the main Skyrim directory located in your steamapps.
Once ingame open the console (`) and type bat perklevel.
What this mod does is level all of your skills up to 100 and gives you every perk.
