- Place the files from 'main directory' in :
'c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim'

- Copy the 'SkyrimPrefs.ini' out of the 'SkyrimPrefs' folder in
'X:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\My Games\Skyrim'
and replace the old one. If you haven't 1920 x 1080 Pixels as
resolution you have to open the file with Notepad and find the
lines 'iSize W=1920' and 'iSize H=1080'and change the numbers
to your width and hight.

- Start Skyrim and have fun :)

* NOTE you can enable/disable the ENB by pressing SHIFT + F12
